Lapa is a Nero d’Avola Sicilia DOC that embodies the essence of Sicily’s iconic grape. The hand-harvested grapes undergo a cold pre-fermentation maceration to extract smooth tannins and intense aromas, followed by fermentation at a controlled temperature.
In the glass, it reveals a crystalline ruby red color with aromas of blackberry, cherry, spices, and subtle floral notes. On the palate, it is dry, smooth, and elegant, with a long, harmonious finish. Perfetto per accompagnare piatti di carne, salumi e formaggi semistagionati.
